The thing is.... GeoCities isn't free for us all. When I signed up with BT Internet I was told I would get webspace. They later hooked up with Yahoo and the wretched GeoCities. Now I am still paying for BT Broadband but have to have the Ad Square there. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Cexx has already provided this code. this code will only restore the geocities ads square. or try to get a dot TK domain. This also works of restoring the ads square... www.dot.tk

I didnt know that KL had already answered of
HOW TO REMOVE ADS IN GEOCITIES.
I am just here to explain it further...

First add this code between <head> and </head>

<SCRIPT>
<!--
if(top!=self)
top.location.href=self.location.href;
//-->
</SCRIPT>

Second You must have 2 body tags. Example is shown below.

<body text="#FFFFFF" bgcolor="#000000">

<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">
<table width="100%" height="100%" bgcolor=#000000 style="z-order: 999999; position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; z-index: 999999" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tr><td>

Ok, if you use the script tag alone, you get the old popup, but if you use it all, including the body tag solution, you get a code added to the end of your url.

It's ?200519 and I worry about what it's there for...

Legend:
Red - Needed to be placed
Black - Your HTML

<html>
<head>

<!--Step One-->

<SCRIPT>
<!--
if(top!=self)
top.location.href=self.location.href;
//-->
</SCRIPT>

</head>

<!--Step Two-->

<body text="#FFFFFF" bgcolor="#000000">

<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">
<table width="100%" height="100%" bgcolor=#000000 style="z-order: 999999; position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; z-index: 999999" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tr><td>

<!--Your Page content goes here-->

</body>
</html>

Note:

  -In the body tag, you can replace the
text="#FFFFFF" bgcolor="#000000" or add a background="images/backgroundimage.jpg"

  -If you are using frames on your page or a URL redirection
that uses frames such as dot TK, cjb.net, no-ip then proceed to step two.
