Free Webpage Providers

Hai there, i am registered with http://6te.net which gives a domain and hosting of your website for free. The problem is its pop-ups. There are hell of pop-ups. Please any one help me with some type of basic html tags or scripts to block their pop-ups, which are killing my website viewers.

I have checked this page:

but understood nothing.
