This is true; what you're witnessing is the second rising of one of the original anti-spyware forums. The site was founded in 1999 (far before the name cexx.org existed; it was served from a dorm room on a numeric IP address) on the subjects Web anonymity and ad-blocking, and TSADBOT was the only spyware program to speak of. The primary focus shifted to spyware as it became more prevalent.
Over the years we've survived a crippling explosion of traffic and bandwidth overages, all of the founding members graduating into the world of fulltime jobs / marriage / kids (or combinations thereof), spyware lawyer scum, and the disappearance of the original fulltime administrator.
The boards are now administered by two full-access admins; myself (Tim) and TeMerc (Tom) - one of the founding members and a longtime trusted expert, respectively - to ensure that they do not fall into disrepair if something happens to one of us, and there is now a contingency plan for the ownership of the domain / etc. in the event of disaster. Most of the action is now in the Spyware - Help forum, but as TeMerc says, expect things to start picking up here.
