Has anyone seen the HTML tutorial at http://www.expertrating.com/courses/courses.asp. Looks  like good content. Any comments, before I invest my time reading it?

As with all programming languages, I think looking at others' code helps significantly. After enough practice of modding, you can reread the basics for an even stronger grasp.

You should invest time in reading all tutorials (if they are indeed good quality and clear in content).

Hi,

If you just wish to create a website you don't need to take courses. However if you want to learn html to be an expert than it is important to learn.

You can simple create a website without any knowledge of html. There are many html tools, for example Nandu extension if you use Mozialla Firefox or Netscape Composer for Netscape.

I create a site from scratch using Nandu, you won't deal with html. I learnt properly how to create meta tags, and practicing I am starting also to learn html as well.
