Report New Spyware Here

I have not found the fix to this yet but there is a new adware that executes commercials and or some form of radio broadcast over my speakers without any apparent program running. Intermitant and frequency unknown. The name of the file is EEk6p2C6.exe. I have not found anything on the web or any adware or malware or virus detector that has found it yet, except that "Super AntiSpayware (free edition) found it but did not know how to treat it. It asked for permission to send it so that they could look at it further and I complied. I am afraid to remove without procedures considering it likely has other program imbedded that I cannot identify yet. The file is in the Windows/system32 folder. It appears in the task manager processes while running and then disappears only to return when it starts playing again. Hopefully this will help find a fix.
