Spyware - Help!

I'm having issues with my IE.  Past couple weeks when I use my yahoo email it freezes up to where I have to restart IE.  Now the past couple of days when I do a search it directs me to a page different that what I click on, like an advertisement page?  I've ran spybot, ad-aware, AVG and tho some things were removed, it did not help my problem. I even reset all my IE settings...nothing.  SOS!
