Yes folks, spam affects us the whole world over. How about some stories of ordinary folk like us shafting the spammers left right and centre? OK  maybe not. But for me, in the UK, it was great fun just sending a spammer a snotty email to say that, if you send me another twatting spam, then I will take action, cos said spammer was based in uk and was a business sending to a UK user, and from 11/12/03 that is illigal. But someone somewhere has got to come up with a worldwide law on spam, so we can sue the butts of spammers. countrywide laws dont work. We need a global anti spam law so, we get spammed, we sue your f**kin arse off. Lets face it. NO ONE likes spam. We just want to kick spammers arses to kingdom come.  Someone has got to come up with a classic culture jam that will really piss spammers off. Face it; if you are a spammer, you are not liked one little bit. People like us want you hung drawn and quartered. ANd we want f**kin fries with that! Die Spammer Die!

Hear, hear!  Well said.

I'm of the opinion that existing fraud laws should be enough.  The problem with spam is that the spammers hide behind forged headers and other means to keep people from finding out where and whom it came from.

As you said:  "No one likes spam."  Knowing this, I'll be that if spammers were forced to leave contact information in their spams, then they would be flooded with angry complaints, and wouldn't have enough time to do business.  Not to mention their reputation would go straight down to toilet.

I say, if someone is found to send mail with fake headers, throw 'em in jail!
