Spyware - Help!

Could someone tell me how to remove this Lop.com from my machine.  On mine it shows up as wflu.com.  I have the program Spybot Search & Destroy on my machine, but I am unaware of how to use it to enable the program to completely fix this problem.  

If the entries in the registry are deleted that pertain to this pop up thing(the wflu.com entries) will that take care of the problem?  or will there still be traces of the program on my machine?  


Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.  

If possible could someone aswell explain which settings to use in the spyware program as well as any configurations that need to be done to the registry.

With Spybot  download latest updates from its online update service :

Click : "Online"/ "Search for updates" (here checks all boxes)/ "Download updates"   then click on "Spybot S&D "on the left and " Check for problems "

Let it scan your hard drive. After the scan, you can check all remaining boxes. Finally click " Fix selected problems"

Follow the instructions in the previous post and that should get rid of it.  If you suspect anything is left over, check this page for manual removal instructions:
