My school has a novell network, and when I try to look at messenger.yaho.com , internet translators or (OMG) cexx.org or any nasty shit(porn, gore, etc.) I get this message:
 
HTTP Error
Status : 403 Forbidden


Description : Organizational policies prohibit access to this page.

try http proxying it (eg, thru a website)?

oh, and if it's denying you access, it's doing its job (eg, sux for YOU, just not for novell or proprietors).  though i don't know why cexx would be blocked (though i bet it has to do with the xx in cexx)...

my high school had Novell and it suked, yes. They blocked stupid shit. They blocked all message boards. I'm glad I'm not in HS anymore Smile
