I've been messing around with this program all night.  Some how, if I type an incorrect web address, this search program takes over my browser.  Can someone explain to me what is going on?

download and run hijackThis! from here

run it; SCAN, but DO NOT fix.  SAVE LOG.  copy the entire contents of it to this board.  someone will look at it soon after and advise you further.
