How does LOP (active-max) get on your computer even if you have norton on it? I just want to prevent this from happening over and over again.  When I get on the computer to play and surf, all of my time is spent dealing with this mess b/c all of my family members are not familar with these craze toolbars that popup and the next thing I know they are using the address search area to look for things in these bad toolbars.  ! Mad
